Each home inspection that we conduct will vary in the time required, and a typical inspection can last anywhere from one and a half hours to four hours. We invite clients to attend and participate in the home inspection, and to ask questions and address any concerns in the process. Upon completing the inspection the inspector will record the findings, and print out a detailed inspection report with color pictures on site before leaving.
